On your first visit to the clinic, for any therapy always book a first consultation to discuss your main health issues, the first treatment takes place with the consultation.
We have to ask you for 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, or a charge will be due for the time you have not used.
We have a waiting list, and if we have 24 hours notice of cancellation, other patients could be seen earlier than having to wait for an appointment.
