Self Healing Taster

Self Healing Taster session – Learn how to harness your self healing ability with Zhineng Qigong. In Congleton, Cheshire.
Although we have a tendency to rely on others for our healing, we already possess an astonishing ability for self healing. The system of Qigong that is known as Zhineng provides us with simple, safe and effective ways in which to harness this healing ability.
Developed in the 1980’s and 1990’s in China as an effective, evidence based practice to support both healing and wellbeing, Zhineng draws on the origins of Qigong, Chinese Medicine and psychology in order to offer a safe and accessible approach to recovering and maintaining your physical and mental wellbeing.
In this short workshop, with Marilia Blackburn and John Millar, from the Qigong Academy we will explore the key underlying principles used at the Huaxia Centre, and bring these principles into a simple movement based practice that brings mind and body together, with the resulting relaxation of body, mind and emotions that will deeply influence the flow of Qi in our bodies, and that can be used to support self healing for a broad range of conditions and situations.
