What is Acupressure and Cupping?

Acupressure massage follows the same concepts as acupuncture, being part of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It is a treatment option for people that are not comfortable with the needles, as the stimulus used is massage applied directly to the acupuncture points of the body, mostly by using the hands, fingers, thumbs or knuckles and occasionally a smooth, blunt object, like a gua-sha board or cupping. I also apply patches to the body to support a number of health and well-being issues. Ask me about the patches when you book a session.
