If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, so let me introduce you to Zhineng Qigong.

Qigong

Qigong (pronounced chee gong, also spelled chi kung) is an ancient Chinese meditation in movement, part of Chinese medicine tradition and philosophy, alongside with martial art Tai chi. It consists of practices that combine body, mind and breath, with slow movements and breathing.

Zhineng Qigong

Zhineng Qigong is a Qigong form developed by Dr Pang Ming in the 80’s, and it is a system of simple mindful movements and meditation, which is known for its use at Huaxia Centre in China (also known as the Medicine-less Hospital), with a proven track record of effectiveness. This system has huge potential for supporting our self-healing, self-awareness, spiritual development and personal growth.

Zhineng Qigong is easy to learn and its simple movements and techniques can help you release tension, worries, thoughts and stagnated energy, transforming your responses to stress and anxiety, creating better physical and mental health and well-being.

Meditation and movement

As we move and meditate, we integrate our body-mind and connect with the Universe’s Qi (Hunyuan Qi) and that connection allows external Qi to merge with our internal Qi (human Hunyuan Qi), helping us to achieve free flow of Qi and blood throughout our body and create better physical and mental health and well-being.
